MG Comet car new version launched in the market.
MG India has launched the new Black Storm Edition of the Comet electric car, priced at ₹7.8 lakhs ex-showroom. With features like 12-inch alloy wheels, keyless entry, black interiors with red highlights, and a range of 230 kilometers per charge, it competes with rivals like Tata Tiago EV and Citroën EC3.

Like many other countries, India is also promoting the use of electric vehicles. In line with government policies, car manufacturing companies have introduced EV models. International car manufacturing giant MG has also launched an electric car under the name "Comet." Though it appears small in size, it offers strong competition to its rivals in terms of features.
Recently, MG India introduced a Black Storm Edition for its Comet model. It stands out with its black color. The ex-showroom price of the MG Comet Black Storm Edition is ₹7.8 lakh, with the battery price additional. A token amount of ₹11,000 needs to be paid during pre-booking. Looking at its specifications… it can travel 230 kilometers on a single charge. The battery can be fully charged in 3.5 hours with a 7.4 kW charger. The motor in it generates 41 horsepower with a torque of 110 Nm.
The Comet Black Storm Edition features 12-inch alloy wheels, keyless entry, full black interiors with red highlights, foldable viewing mirrors, manual AC/heating, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay support. In the market, it is considered a competitor to models like the Tata Tiago EV and Citroën EC3.
